While other areas of the country continue to be challenged, we just keep on keeping on. The average sales price of a home has gone up EVERY SINGLE YEAR in Northeast Lousiana with the exception of 2008 (about a $1,000 drop) including an increase in 2010. We are also very excited to announce that May was our companies’ very best month in our history which is more evidence that our market is very stable. Rates are low and values are good…time to do something if you’re going to!!!!!
